Once again ADC is pleased to announce the introduction of Chairobics. During the last two decades Susan Evans formulated this program especially styled for Seniors and physically challenged individuals. Her background and expertise created a sit down aerobics exercise program called "Chairobics". Many of you know her from her classes at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. In December 2007 she is releasing her 2008 version of "Sit to be fit Fit" video exercise program. As a complimentary gesture to you she will provide this production at no charge for ADC Members. It's a good recommendation for us all to keep active through Chairobics.
