Hello Richard,

Thank you for your email and concern. I did assist your parents in setting up the equipment on 12/29/09 @2:30 PST. We first did a pendant test to make sure that the pendant would send a signal to the console thru out the home and in places where they may be. It seems that they are satisfied. We also did a walk thru and that worked out great as well. If you have any other question or concerns, please do not hesitate to call me toll free or as you did now in emailing me.

I placed an order last week and with in two day I received the equipment. Installing the console was so simple and looks attractive in my room. I was really surprised how clear the speech was when we did our test through out my home. The whole process took about 15 minutes. I have nothing but good things to say about ADC.

I sent you all a message about my mother losing her medi-alert necklace..probably accidentally thrown out...Carolyn..
I just want to thank you all soooooooo, much for responding and replacing her necklace so quickly once we finally decided it was gone forever! And, then also for helping us to be sure the new one was working. You all are a Godsend for me and my Mother..and she is so sorry for so many false alarms...I keep telling her (and my Dad) that this is why I pay for it...and you are there when she needs you ...be it real or accidental!
