Nationally Recognized Lifeline Program
Thank you for visiting medi-alert.com, Rapid Response Medical Alarms, LLC. We are headquartered here in beautiful Tampa Bay , Florida aka the Sunshine State. Established in 1992 our mission was and is making life emergencies a thing of the past. Like Tampa Bay, Florida is the perfect place to start and share this new lifeline program with many Senior friends as possible. These friends have realized the need for quick emergency response in their times of an unexpected medical emergency.
Our lifeline program is necessary for those who wish to live at home in spite of certain health conditions and has been particularly useful for our Seniors who wish to remain in their home. In many cases, our lifeline program has.been prescribed by doctors and hospitals for patients who wish to return home. Many need the reassurance that “HELP” will be available at the time an emergency arises. We always have a watchful eye about our Senior communities and want all communities to experience the security on knowing help is a push button with Rapid Response Lifeline Program.
Our website will help you get to know who we are, what we do and how important it is to have expedient response to your home in times of medical, police or fire emergency. Let us mention that all companies have good intentions but the difference between them and us lies with our great aspect of personal service as you will soon see. We believe that the most important part of our business is our connection with our subscribers. These days many lifeline programs seem to have lost track of that aspect as we continue to focus on personal customer service, always.
We are not a large company with a call center. When you call, you will always speak to one of our Representatives that will have the answer to your questions. When you place your order with one of our Representatives, they will be your personal contact person throughout the terms of your medi-alert service.
Yes…our lifeline program are low but why shouldn’t they be? Especially in today’s economy our Seniors are feeling it the most. So therefore, if you could sell your products for less – wouldn’t you want to?
We can offer you the same quality lifeline program you’re buying from some “other” providers for a fraction of the cost. How can we do this? Many people wonder how we are able to keep our prices so low (up to 25 – 50% off of our competitors) and still manage to stay in business (saving lives since 1992).
While most of our competitors spend a lot of money on advertising and marketing gimmicks like HURRY Buy Now Only 2 Hours Left or Best Deal Ends Today and while visiting their website the next day to see the same claims. Really, our philosophy is that we’d rather improve the personal customer experience and rely on word-of-mouth and referrals. Try us out. You’ll experience personal service on top of quality service, always.
Rapid Response Medical Alarms is a leader by providing dependable medical alert response for our Seniors living alone. Every day we are earning the loyalty and appreciation of all our subscribers by providing professional, responsive and friendly monitoring service.
Our vision is to continue being an effective leader in the medical alert alarm industry for everyone throughout our great country. Be sure to order your modern emergency button today.
Beware of Scam from robocall scammers who lied about free medical alert devices: We’ve got your number. This is a great article from Colleen Tressler. A Must Read
Back in May 2013, we at Rapid Response (aka) medi-alert.com, medical-alert-alarms, rapidresponsemedicalalarms.com have received many calls from seniors asking if we had called offering a medi-alert service to them. Mainly the scam could also be a way for con artists to obtain your bank or credit card information or even a Social Security number to use later in ID theft. Or a way for someone to pressure seniors into paying for other equipment or services you just don’t need. This occurrence is being conducted by a fraudulent group of people and their call is meant to confuse you.
Traditionally, we do not make soliciting calls in marketing. We are the official medi-alert.com, medical-alert-alarms.com company since 1992. Our advice just to hang up the phone, do not press any buttons and if someone does talk to you, be sure to ask first for the company’s name, telephone number and their physical address and you’ll call them back when you are ready. If the representative wants your information but won’t give out its own, it’s a red flag to a scam.
Here’s a tip: Never give money to anyone who calls you on the telephone. When you really think about it they are calling you asking for money, they need you more than you need their product or service. Simply hang the phone up. If you feel you’ve been a victim of this type of scam or any other type of consumer fraud, contact the Attorney General’s Consumer Helpline: (800) 771-7755. You can — and should — file a complaint with the FTC and your state’s Attorney General when you come across a scam whether you’ve been a victim or not. Remember we are the official medi-alert.com. So please don’t be fooled by these scam artists because their FREE stuff is just trick and tricks are for kids.
Now, after alerting you about this unfortunate scam it’s time to the focus on our service for yourself or a family member. If you are ready to order or have more questions feel free to call us at 1-800-603-4911 and we would be very happy to assist you.
