Chairobics, an innovative “sit down” exercise class, is a compilation of low impact aerobic routines customized to meet the needs of those individuals who are semi-ambulatory.

This full aerobic workout begins with a blend of yogic stretches and gradually progresses to more accelerated and isometric types of movements; all of which are performed while sitting down.
