To help us celebrate our 25th. year in business providing medi alert we have slashed the in home fall detection monitoring service to $25.00 per month.

In January 1992, ADC Medi-Alert Service now know as Rapid Response Medical Alarms, LLC  started in a one room office with one small computer and a  fax machine. And that was high-tech at the time!  When we began building our subscriber base, starting with friends and even family members. We had no idea then that 25 years later we would be celebrating our Silver Anniversary, having provided services to thousands of subscribers throughout the Unites States.

Indeed we have been fortunate to have been so successful in the medi alert industry, we have been even more fortunate to work with our wonderful dedicated staff members at our monitoring center through the years. They have been a large part of our success and we want to thank them for all that they do – we’d like to thank our current and past subscribers, also, for having perhaps played a part in our success.

Our personal thanks and gratitude to all of you who have been and are a part of our companies family. We’re going to have a great time celebrating our 25th Anniversary and invite you to think back with us and look forward to what’s yet to come.

To help us celebrate we have slashed ours in home fall detection monitoring service to $25. per month. Annual Prepaid Service Required. Now that’s a big saving!

With many thanks for 25 wonderful years! Here’s to another 25 years!

About Us – Nationally Recognized – Medi Alert

The ability for elderly ones to live in their own homes is known as aging in place. A wide range of information, products, and services now make it possible for seniors to do just that. One such tool is a personal emergency response system (PERS). These medical-alert devices can help everyone ones to get assistance quickly in the event of a medical, police or fire emergency. These devices, which first were marketed in the United States in the 1980’s as a way for elderly ones to call for help when they were unable to reach the telephone.

The first medical alert systems introduced in the mid-1980’s. They were relatively a simple push-button devices worn on the wrist or around the neck. Typically, the device would alert a 24-hour call center in the event of an emergency and allow wireless two-way communication.

At the same time, innovation and advanced technologies have ushered in a new era of these medical alert systems. To appeal to younger seniors and people with active lifestyles, we now offer more advanced systems featuring varying combinations of push-button and automatic fall detection.

Our medical alert service is necessary for those who wish to live at home in spite of certain health conditions and has been particularly useful for our Seniors who wish to stay in their home. In many cases, our service has.been prescribed by doctors for patients who wish to return home. Many just need the reassurance that “HELP” will be available at the time an emergency arises. We always have a watchful eye about our Senior communities and want all the communities to experience the security on knowing help is a push button away.

Our Website

Our website medi-alert.com will help you get to know who we are, what we do and how important it is to have an expedient response to your home in times of medical, police or fire emergency. Let us mention that all companies have good intentions but the difference between them, and we lies with our great aspect of personal service as you will soon see. We believe that the most important part of our business is our connection with our subscribers. Many companies seem to have lost track of that aspect as we continue to focus on personal customer service, always.

We are not a large medi alert company with a call center out of the USA. You will always speak to one of our Representatives here in Florida that will have the answer to your questions. When you place your order with one of our Representatives, they will be your personal contact person throughout the terms of your service.

Our Competitors

We can offer you the same quality medi-alert you’re buying from some “other” providers for a fraction of the cost. How can we do this? Many people wonder how we are able to keep our prices so low and still manage to stay in business. (Savings up to 25 – 50% off of our competitors.)

While most of our competitors spend a lot of money on advertising and marketing gimmicks like HURRY Buy Now Only 2 Hours Left or Best Deal Ends Today and while visiting their website the next day to see the same claims.

Really, our philosophy is that we’d rather improve the personal customer experience and rely on word-of-mouth and referrals. Yes, our medi alert prices are low but why shouldn’t they be? Especially in today’s economy, our Seniors are feeling it the most. So, therefore, if you could sell your products for less – wouldn’t you want to?  Try us out. You’ll experience personal service on top of quality service, always
