We have a QC team who tests your ordered products to make sure they are functioning correctly before they are packed and sent to you. Medi-Alert dot com’s Standard Return Policies are only applicable to the products purchased by you directly from Medi-Alert dot com. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please make sure the product you return is in the original packaging ( all the accessories, including the retail box, manuals, include telephone wire, necklace or wristband style transmitters and 120 Volt power adapter and all other items originally included in the product are intact), and the merchandise is in the same condition. All rental plans equipment will remain the property of Rapid Response Medical Alarms. When you no longer need the service simply call us and we will arrange to recover the equipment.
