Returns by Mail

Here are the basic steps:
1. Please refer to your packing slip for specific return information. If you no longer have the packing slip, follow these steps.
2. Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. Enclose the return portion of the original packing slip with the item.
3. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and accessories to ensure full credit.
4. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
5. Contact’s Customer Service Department at 1.800.603.4911 to obtain your Return Authorization Number. Once you have obtained your Return Authorization Number, ship the return package to the address provided by Customer Service. For your protection, we recommend that you use USPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return.
6. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
7. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase usually within 14-28 business days of our receiving your returned product. Delays may be experienced in the case of incomplete returns. Please note that your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
